Katie must solve the mystery of The Laughing Clown before it uses her brother to seek its revenge. The Clown was filmed on location in Bridlington across three days in October, 2003. It was re-written the following March, adding a new plot twist with two new characters. Reshoots commenced in the first week of April, 2004. It was uploaded onto the web, Summer 2004, and then debuted on YouTube in 2006. A new version was edited to celebrate the film’s 10th Anniversary, featuring an all-new original soundtrack composed by Katie Heap. The Clown had its world premiere at the Hyde Park Picture House in Leeds on 23rd December, 2013.
